We are looking for a talented account manager with a proven track record in solution selling to help win and grow accounts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of data and business intelligence industries
- 3 years + solution selling / account management experience
- Must be persuasive
- Sound technical knowledge
- Client facing – experience with presenting at corporate level
Key functions and responsibilities:
- Help to win opportunities identified by the business
- Attend regular client meetings
- Grow clients:
- Cross sell solutions of other business units
- Upsell services best suited to clients
- Managing in-coming briefs and project managing the work required by the client
- Minute all meetings
- Managing admin and workflow via our internal processes, including briefing all work from the client to the team – in short, our Account Managers are the link between our clients and the entire team – they are both a salesperson for the business and a client’s representative within the business
- Generating accurate reports, meeting minutes etc.
- “Selling” new ideas to the clients in order to proactively push their business and ours, forward.
