• Research the company: Thoroughly research the company’s mission, values, products, and recent news. This knowledge demonstrates your genuine interest and helps you tailor your responses.
• Practice common questions: Rehearse your answers to common interview questions like “Tell me about yourself,” “Why do you want to work here?” and “What are your strengths and weaknesses?”
• Highlight achievements: Prepare specific examples of your accomplishments that showcase your skills and contributions. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses.
• Ask thoughtful questions: Prepare insightful questions to ask the interviewer. This demonstrates your engagement and interest in the role and company.
